The Gonzaga Prefects are proud to announce the 2016-17 Student Leadership Charity.

Meadowvale Dam: 

Prefects are senior student leaders and ambassadors.  They represent and aid Gonzaga in many of the initiatives and events that occur in and out of  the school.  Prefects assist with the following activities:

1. Grade 9 Orientation Day:  August
2. Grade 9 Community Building Day:  October
3. Gonzaga Registration Week:  September
4. Gonzaga Theme Weeks (Halloween, Christmas, St. Patrick, Catholic Education, etc.)
5. Peer Mentoring and Tutoring Program
6. House Gala and House System
7. Big Brother and Sister Program
8. House Intramural Program
9. Grade 9 and 10 House Meetings
10. Parent-Teacher Night
11. School Masses
12. School Assemblies

Prefect Application:  Students wishing in applying for a Prefect Position are required to complete a 2015-2016 Prefect Application Form.  Forms can also be picked up in the Student Services Office.  Applications are due:  TBA

Gonzaga Big Brother/Sister Program:  All grade 9 students are matched  with a Gonzaga Prefect.  The senior student will act as a mentor and aid to the grade 9 student making an easier transition into secondary school. Please see Mr. Eagles for a complete list.
